It seems that the Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili sex video issue is the most controversial issue that has happened this year. The issue has started when careless whisper video has surface on the internet where Katrina and Hayden were dancing in their underwear. And later on, the actual sex video was exposed over the web.
Sen. Bong Revilla revealed that Hayden has 40 sex videos collection with different women - including Katrina Halili, commercial model-actress Maricar Reyes, Brazilian Model and his former girlfriend, Dr. Vicki Belo, where 3 of those have spread on various file-sharing sites.
Lately, local file-sharing sites were the said sex videos were uploaded have been removed for the fear of getting trace by the NBI.
Influenced by Drugs
On the senate hiring happened last Thursday, Hayden Kho accused Katrina of influencing him to use drugs. He was also under influenced of drugs while making the videos with Katrina.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ordered Katrina, Hayden and Hayden's mother, Irene Kho to undergo drug test. Katrina, however, postponed to undergo drug test as she had to leave to file a case against Irene Kho but promised to undergo next week. But on Hayden and his mother snub the invitation of PDEA.
How sex-videos were discovered?
On the affidavit submitted by Dr. Vicki Belo, she admitted that she had also a sex video with Hayden. She was also the one who asked Eric Chua and Bistek Rosario to delete their sex videos on Hayden's computers and hard drive, which were under the property of Belo Medical Group, after she found out that Hayden has an affair with Katrina.
Dr. Belo said, “The computers did not contain the video I was looking for. Unfortunately Eric, Bistek and I could not access the hard drive because it was protected by a password. Eric, being in the computer business, volunteered to find a computer expert who could gain access into Hayden’s hard drive to enable us to obtain the video file"
After, Eric retrieved the video (Dr. Belo was not there when it happened), he gave a DVD copy of the said sex videos of Dr. Hayden with different women. Dr. Belo thought that that it was the copy of their sex video, but when she played the video she was shocked and appalled to find out that it contains sex videos with other women.
Because of her anger, she destroyed the copy of the videos and threw it away.
“The DVD and the hard drive were the only items which contained the videos that came into my possession. And I have never distributed or authorized anyone to distribute or make copies of the aforesaid videos or DVDs,” Belo said on her submitted affidavit.
The distribution of the sex-videos
Dr. Hayden has been claiming that Eric Chua and Bistek Rosario could be the people behind the distribution of the sex videos.
NBI is still investigating who are the people behind the spreading of sex videos.
